Hi! I’m Bjoern Stamm, founder of Cooplio, established in 2023. With 25 years in global software industry leadership, I’ve built, led, and transformed Customer Success (CS) organizations B2B SaaS companies like Salesforce and MuleSoft during hyper-growth.

Today, I help Scale-Ups achieve sustainable growth by leveraging my experience in CS strategy and systemic transformation.

As a Dad, Partner, Founder, Advisor, and Investor, I believe in the power of authentic relationships and balance. Raised in a self-employed household, entrepreneurial thinking has been ingrained in me from the start. My systems-thinking approach combines analytical precision with empathy to create impactful solutions.

  • Up to 2012 (SAP): Strategy Consulting, Account and CS Management (USA), Consulting Management (Singapore).
  • Up to 2019 (Salesforce): Customer Success Management, CS Portfolio Management, and Global CS Strategy Programs.
  • Up to 2022 (MuleSoft): Built the DACH CS organization, initiated and transformation of global CS strategy.
  • Up to 2023 (Tractable): Headed CS in EMEA and evolved the CS strategy for the AI unicorn Scale-Up.
