  • Orchestration, prioritization and support of Team where needed

How we collaborate

While our engagement can be virtual, trustful collaboration begins with an initial phase of getting to know each other personally to collaborate effectively.

  • Kickoff with sponsor and customer team for program
  • Access and introduction to best-practice frameworks and templates
  • Weekly stakeholder progress meeting with output milestones
  • Optional hands-on sessions (up to 2 hours per week)
  • Ongoing and ad-hoc 1:1 feedback via Email & WhatsApp

Our collaboration follows a fixed-fee retainer agreement with a minimum six-month duration to deliver impactful results and smoothen peak efforts. It ensures availability and minimum service level providing consistent access to strategic expertise without tracking efforts.

How we measure success

Transformation success is rooted in clear, actionable outcomes that directly influence revenue and profitability. However, the full impact of these changes unfolds over the long term and sustained effort for lasting results.

  • Net Retention revenue (‘Close Won’ to ‘Live’ to ‘Renewed’ to ‘Expanded’): we will reduce churn and downsell through improvements in accountability and processes from onboarding, to adoption and retention.
  • Improve profitability via unit economics (‘Customer Retention Costs’) we will analyze the customer base to create transparency about resource usage and improve profitability through optimized coverage and engagement strategies.
  • Quick Wins through Customer Analysis, Risk Management, etc.
